02 About PredictoX
PredictoX is an esports prediction platform that allows users to participate in prediction-based competitions related to esports matches and tournaments.
The platform is designed to provide an engaging and competitive experience for esports fans.
03 User Account
Certain features of PredictoX may require users to create and maintain an account.
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You should not share your account credentials with another person.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
04 Predictions
PredictoX allows eligible users to submit predictions for available esports matches and competitions.
- Predictions must be submitted before the applicable prediction deadline.
- Once submitted, a prediction may not be changed unless the platform specifically provides an option to do so.
- Users are responsible for checking their prediction before submitting it.
- PredictoX may close predictions when the applicable deadline has been reached.
05 Points & Leaderboards
PredictoX may award points based on the results and rules of a particular prediction competition.
Leaderboard rankings may be determined using factors such as correct predictions, points, submission time, or other competition rules.
PredictoX may correct leaderboard information if an error, technical issue, invalid result or incorrect data is discovered.
06 Fair Play
Users are expected to participate fairly and honestly on the PredictoX platform.
- Do not create multiple accounts to obtain an unfair advantage.
- Do not attempt to manipulate prediction results or leaderboards.
- Do not exploit bugs, vulnerabilities or technical errors.
- Do not use automated methods to interfere with the normal operation of the platform.
- Do not attempt to access another user's account.
07 Match Results & Changes
Match schedules, tournament information, teams, players and results may change due to circumstances outside the control of PredictoX.
PredictoX may update, postpone, cancel or modify a prediction event when necessary.
In case of an incorrect or unavailable result, PredictoX may review the event and update the applicable points or leaderboard information.
08 Prohibited Activities
Users must not use PredictoX for activities that violate applicable laws, interfere with the platform, or harm other users.
- Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
- Attempting to bypass platform security.
- Abusing or attacking platform systems.
- Impersonating another person or organization.
- Using the platform to distribute harmful or unlawful content.
09 Account Suspension
PredictoX may restrict, suspend or terminate an account if the user violates these Terms & Conditions or engages in activities that may negatively affect the platform or other users.
Where appropriate, PredictoX may also investigate suspicious activity before making a final decision.
10 Platform Availability
PredictoX aims to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption.
Temporary unavailability may occur due to maintenance, technical problems, server issues, updates or circumstances beyond our control.
11 Intellectual Property
The PredictoX name, branding, website design, interface elements, logos, graphics and original content may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially use protected PredictoX content without appropriate permission.

PredictoX may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the platform, features, policies or applicable requirements.
